Program description

Aldridge Family Chiropractic sends recurring messages in the categories you select. Non-marketing messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, inquiry responses, and scheduling updates. Separately selected marketing messages include special offers, discounts, and promotions for chiropractic services. The form also collects consent for phone calls in the selected categories.

Frequency and charges

Call frequency varies. SMS frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month total across all selected categories. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for SMS assistance, or contact (801) 471-4962. To stop phone calls, tell our representative during a call or contact us using the details below. Replying STOP stops SMS; to stop calls as well, request that separately through our representative or support contact.

Participation and delivery

The SMS program is intended for individuals age 18 or older. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, services, or form submission. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please let us know if your number changes.
